How we handle information when you visit this website.
Who we are
Copenhagen Commerce is the controller for visitor data on this website. You can reach us at Wilders Pl. 9A, 1403 Copenhagen, Denmark, or by email at info@copenhagencommerce.com.
What we do not collect
This website has no forms, accounts, payments, or mailing list. We do not ask you to create a profile. If you write to us by email, that message is outside the website. We only receive what you choose to send.
Hosting
The site is served by Firebase Hosting (Google). To deliver a page, the host processes your IP address, browser, and the page you requested. The purpose is running the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating it. We do not use those logs to profile visitors.
On your device
If you click a service on the home page, the browser stores a section name in sessionStorage so the Approach page can scroll to it. That value stays in the tab, is deleted after use, and is not sent to us or shared with anyone else. It is not a cookie.
Statistics and errors
Visit counts and browser error reports are off unless they are configured. If visit statistics are turned on, they use Plausible, which does not set cookies and does not identify you. If error reporting is turned on, Sentry may receive technical details of a page error. Neither is used for advertising.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising.
How long
Hosting logs are kept for as long as the host keeps them. The scroll value lasts for that visit only. Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to answer you, and for any later engagement.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Contact info@copenhagencommerce.com. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) atdatatilsynet.dk.
